1. Scope of Services

1.1 Cross-border VAT compliance services

VatBridge provides cross-border compliance guidance to help clients meet value-added requirements across jurisdictions. These professional services include registration support, reporting, and regulatory monitoring.

1.2 Information Products

VatBridge offers digital guides and templates designed to educate clients on compliance topics. These products are delivered electronically and granted as a limited non-transferable license.

1.3 Physical Goods

VatBridge may supply printed materials or merchandise related to compliance. Goods are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario.

2. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in advance of service delivery or product dispatch. Payment may be collected through credit or debit methods. Prices are listed in CAD and exclude any duties or levies.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Professional Services

Clients may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if no deliverables have been provided. Following a valid request, VatBridge will process a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Alternatively, clients may elect to transfer the purchased service to a third party with written notice to VatBridge received prior to the scheduled start date.

3.2 Information Products

Due to the electronic delivery and licensing model, information products are not eligible for refunds once the download link is accessed. Clients may transfer an unused license to another individual by notifying VatBridge support within 14 days of purchase.

3.3 Physical Goods

Goods may be eligible for a refund if damaged or defective. Clients must notify VatBridge within 30 days of shipment confirmation and provide photographic evidence. Upon validation, VatBridge will arrange for replacement or refund of the purchase price via the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs may not be covered.

4. No-Refund Provisions

Certain bespoke compliance engagements and premium digital services are non-refundable due to the custom nature of deliverables. These cases will be identified at the time of purchase and clients will receive explicit notice in the order confirmation.

5. Changes to Terms

VatBridge reserves the right to amend these terms. Updates will be posted on vatbridgeup.com and effective upon publication.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
